For those who live out of the           area: Package Includes :

• One 2-hour live video  Prenatal planning session, plus a digital  BEEWISE Doula Pregnancy workbook for you to print, fill in and enjoy, given before the prenatal session. (We use this as a guide  during the prenatal.)
• Unlimited Text, Phone or Email support throughout your pregnancy and 2 weeks postpartum.
• Help determining birth preferences, help writing a Birth Plan, and help for your birth partner to understand their valuable role.
• Phone, Text or Live video chat during Labor for your support. 
• One Online postpartum live video chat with me for follow-up Lactation and Mama/Baby wellness support.
• Access to Online Reference List of a wealth of support via online videos, books, podcasts and articles. 
• **Extra prenatal sessions and postpartum video support  chats can be purchased.

• Unlimited Text, Phone or Email support throughout your pregnancy and up to your postpartum visit.
• List of additional local pregnancy related providers
• Access to Pregnancy, Birth and Postpartum online video, book, podcast and article  Resource List.
• Help determining birth preferences, help writing a Birth Plan, and help for your birth partner to understand their valuable role.
• 24/7 On-call support from 38 weeks until you deliver. 
• Continuous Support During Labor and through until 2 hrs. postpartum. 
• Photos taken * as time permits* your care comes first.
• Help with Initial breastfeeding , if desired.
• 1 Postpartum visit at home. 
• Continued phone/text support for the first 2 wks postpartum

Extra Prenatals Visits- $75 for a 90 min visit                                                                                         Extra visits mean more time to bond with your doula, more time to cover childbirth education, more time to practice excercises good for pregnancy and time to practice more birth positions. I can cater extra visits to what you would like to learn and work on as well. I will cover what additional things  I can offer at prenatals  in your Initial Free Consultation.

Extra Postpartum Visits-$25-$35 hr

Some women need extra support after birth. This could be help with lactation, emotional support, encouragement, help with the baby so you can sleep, help with other children , basic household duties, shopping, cooking. I am available to help you get thru this adjustment period so that you can heal well and have a positive time bonding with your baby. $25 an hour by day/ $35 an hour by night. Minimum of 4 hr bookings.

Prenatal, Postnatal Maternal or Infant Massage /Cranio-sacral Therapy for mom or baby  in the comfort of your home with my husband, Wade Ingham, a local Licensed Massage Therapist with 30 years of experience. 

$75 /hr
